Special Attacks: Quill Shot, starts a spindash and when releases 5 small quills fly out randomly hitting the closest target.
Quill Retract, Curls into a ball as if about to do a spindash then quils shoot out from his body then quickly retract inwards. He is basically defenseless and cannot move while retracting quils.
Abilities & Aptitude: Climbing and Quills can re grow at an exceptional rate.
Hobbies & Talents: Even though hes not very smart he has an amazing meomery and at times can be very observent.

Back Story: Dawgs first few years of life are really nothing special. He always showed an intrest in guns though, and he admired G.U.N. for everything they stood for. Then one day a metal sonic prototype got released and manslaughtered dawgs parents and little brother. Dawg was only 9 years old when this happened, and upon this was recruited into G.U.N. with shadow as his mentor. Shadow taught him the basics of training of how to shoot, dodge, and some stealth, though with his clumsiness all he could ever do was shoot. Over the years he got better and now he is first class ranked. He met up with whip around the age of 13 and met sonic and team at 14.

Burst speed: places the majority of his enerygy into his foot for a quick running start; causes him to go at top speed and therefore unable to stop for a short period of time. Also wears him out shortly afterwards.

Personality: Usually kind and shy at first, the more comfortable he gets around you, the more annoying and unwanted he becomes. only those who share his annoyance can stand his presence, Or are otherwise too kind to hate him. As such, Whip also has a serious side that is unseen to most people. usually showing when someone, namely Tikal, is hurt or killed.
I should also be mentioned that being hit over the head to a certain degree causes him to flare in anger and maturity, to the point that it releases the mutant rabbit that lives in his conciousness.
